Process creative

R Artist positions the white canvas on his working table, he chooses the appropriate music to escape and he lets the inspiration come… Then, he selects some of the pieces among the ones that he has already collationed, he reorganises them on the bare canvas, he translates them to reality until is the desired image is created. The gluing follows this step. After the drying, he lets the music rapture him and bring him out of any reality. Time stops and seems suspended, he paints with acrylic colours and vaporises with his paint sprayson the impulse of visions and he adds the chosen elements.

He writes, he splashes, he glues together, he superimposes, he mixes… he literalydanses with his painting.

Between toughtlessness and intensiy, his ai mis always to bring voluntarily to creative spontaneity, the reflection of some feeling at one time, which implies that the work must be finished in a single artistic performance in order to keep the original feeling unchanged. Indeed, for the Artist, tomorrow is not possible, he is no actor, and his painting is sincere and unique.

Its deliberate uncluttered and ingenuous style makes the painting so simple that it seems to be accessible to anyone, and this is the biggest challenge. It can be even more complex, with a double message, which can be either direct or indirect, as an invitation to rediscover some particular events so as to shake the certainties of the immediate thought. This aesthetic and visual pursuitof materials, objects, ideas is the manifestation of his need to create and it is also the soul of his artistic process. The canvas is finished when he signs it with his « R ».
